With beans grown on the beautiful land of Ethiopia, shipped directly to us, then roasted by hand in small batches, our process blends the best of both single origin Ethiopian beans and community centered roasting.
Cini Coffee’s Light Roast creates a gentle and delicate cup. The initial sips show up floral and smooth, but then picks up an enticing fruited undertone near the finish.
Our Medium Roast generates a delicious, smooth cup of coffee. It is both creamy with a well-balanced body and a subtle sweetness.
Our Dark Roast carries notes of deep flavor and a smooth, rich mouthfeel that creates an excellent cup of coffee.
Our French Roast’s floral bouquet and sweet clarity of flavor keeps us coming back for another cup.
Our Story
In Ethiopia, coffee is more of a culture than a drink. Celebrations, homecomings, and hospitality are marked by “coffee ceremonies” where communities come together to share conversation. When our founder Nefisa Siraj immigrated to Boston from Ethiopia, she created Cini Coffee to bring the quality, tradition, and community of Ethiopian coffee culture with her.
